Frequently asked questions
How long does a custom order take?
You get the design to check within 1 to 2 working days. Once you approve it, physical items take 3 to 7 working days to make (depending on the product) before shipping. Printable files are sent the same day you approve the design.
Can I ask for changes to the design?
Yes. You get 2 free rounds of changes before production. Once an item is printed, the design can no longer change.
What kind of photo should I send?
A bright, sharp photo at its original size (not a screenshot). Send it on WhatsApp as a document so the quality stays intact.
I checked out on Shopee or TikTok. Where do I send my details?
Send them in the shop chat on Shopee or TikTok, or on WhatsApp at +62 812-2557-7552 with your order number.
How do printables arrive, and in what format?
By WhatsApp or email, as a print-ready PDF, plus high-resolution PNG for some products. Each product page lists its formats.
Can I print it at a print shop?
Yes. Bring the PDF. Each product lists its size and a suggested paper, for example 260 gsm art paper for calendars.
Do you ship internationally?
Physical items ship within Indonesia only for now. From abroad, you can still order the printable version by email or Instagram.
Can I order in bulk for an event?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with the quantity, the product and your event date, and we will send you a quote.
Can I resell the printable files?
No. Printable files are for personal use only.
